LOHO Homeowners Association

About Us

The LOHO Homeowners Association (HOA) represents the interests of property owners in the LOHO neighborhood, that area between The District and Ridgewood Road (east/west) and Eastover Drive and Meadowbrook Road (north/south), about 350 properties in all.

The HOA is a voluntary participation organization that supports  neighborhood initiatives with policies and best practices, functional committees and social activities with the stated objectives of enhancing security, growing community, and increasing property values.

Those who have made the decision to participate are rapidly approaching a majority of all LOHO property owners and support the HOA with a modest annual assessment of $250 each year.  The HOA is governed by a set of Bylaws agreed upon by these property owners. Assessment monies support neighborhood projects such as signage, security cameras, radar speed signs, beatification, and other initiatives that make LOHO a better place to live.

The HOA also partners directly with the City of Jackson Community Improvement Division (CID), the entity responsible for code enforcement, in an effort to ensure LOHO looks its best and remains safe for everyone.

Membership is open to any LOHO property owner (and in some cases, non-owner tenants, see the Bylaws).  The application form may be downloaded on the MEMBERSHIP page.
